The Egghead arc so far has been outstanding, with the audience getting better animation, new art-style character designs, and opening and ending themes. However, a particular scene has been the cause of discomfort among the audience, and that is Bonney’s naked scene.
This scene was deemed unnecessary by the audience, who believes that a minor should not be sexualized for fan service. Following massive backlash, the animator took it to X, formerly known as Twitter, to apologize for his mistake.

One Piece is one of the most prestigious names in the anime world and has a gigantic fan base strewed widely around the globe.
It is standard for prominent names such as One Piece to be involved in controversy; the latest reason for anger among viewers is the Jewelry Bonney scene.
Although the anime fans might not be aware of her age and backstory, the manga audience knows a lot about her tragic past and, therefore, is not on terms with the animator or the TOEI team drawing her almost naked.
This scene was done by popular animator @kda_artist, who confirmed it on X about his involvement in the latest episode of One Piece.

However, he received a heavy backlash instead of appreciation, which compelled the animator to break the silence and reveal his instance in the current scenario. Conveying via his X account, the animator apologized for the scene and publicized that he was clueless about her age.

Following his apology, he seems to have returned to normal and is not taking any stress, as he is seen joking with the audience in the comment section.
The character may look like she’s in her 20s, but in reality, Bonney is a 12-year-old girl whose devil fruit enables her to adjust her age according to her desire.

The latest chapters in One Piece have been nothing short of masterpieces, and even after decades, Oda sensei’s writing is enhancing.
Chapter 1103 of One Piece was one of the most intriguing chapters of the series so far. It looked like the end for Bonney, who was about to be exterminated by Saturn; however, her dad, Kuma, entered the fight and landed a fatal blow on Saturn, knocking him back.
Kuma has lost his calmness as he has set his sights on killing Saturn, the reason behind the obstruction of so many lives.
On the other side, Kizaru is engaged in a ferocious battle with the Strawhats, as he has set out to kill Dr. Vegapunk, who has betrayed the World Government.
Although he is a very fierce name in the series, his actions so far in the Egghead arc have not been up to par, with fans believing he is not as strong as he was expected.
