Sharing his reaction to Miller’s work, he said, “I’m still reeling at how films like his exist.” The Baby Driver director lauded Miller for building the intricate cinematic world, stating that the film promises to deliver not just a thrilling chase but a deeply resonant revenge epic that harks back to classics like Ben Hur.

Emphasizing that the movie would be unlike anything the audience has experienced, he said that Furiosa brings a “full circle to the first Max adventure in 1979.” Wright expressed his admiration and amazement for the film, saying,
