There’s no doubt that Invincible, the superhero series from the mind of Robert Kirkman, borrows a lot from other beloved franchises in the same genre. The biggest similarity would be how Omni-Man resembles Superman in many ways and how the Guardians of the Globe are another version of the Justice League or the Avengers.

The popularity of the comics and animated series has brought it into the cultural spotlight, with Omni-Man even making an appearance on Fortnite as a playable character. Now, we have a mod that brings another character from the series to a game filled with sticky situations.

Mods are one of the biggest draws for PC gaming. While some may be superficial, others allow you to change the game entirely. A good case is Skyrim, where the modding community has helped take the game to a completely different level as compared to the retail version.

When Marvel’s Spider-Man was released for the PC, we knew the modding community was going to have a field day implementing improvements to the game. We have gotten a variety of mods now, such as swing speed increases, new trick animations, and a lot of suit mods. The latest one blends the worlds of Invincible and Spider-Man with the Agent Spider suit.

The mod comes from NexusMods user Rezauddin Nur and has passed the site’s virus scan test. The description states people looking to add this mod to their game will require the ‘ASC’s Suit Adder Tool’ or ‘Overstrike tool’ to implement the mod. The user has included links to some video tutorials that show how one can add the above-mentioned tools and use them to add the suit to the game.

The creator also shared some images of the suit used in the game, and it looks pretty seamless. It has a similar appearance to the Vintage Comic Book Suit, making it look like it’s ripped right out of the pages of an Invincible issue.

Agent Spider is, as the name suggests, an alternate reality spider hero Mark (Invincible) meets due to the events with Angstrom Levy. He made his appearance towards the end of the Season 2 finale. Voiced by Josh Keaton, the voice of Peter Parker from The Spectacular Spider-Man series, fans would have easily made the connection to everyone’s friendly neighborhood webhead.

Robert Kirkman said there were a lot of eyes on that scene and that even Amazon’s legal team was consulted to make sure there would be no issue with the inclusion of a wall-crawling hero. Given the powers and even the appearance of Agent Spider, it’s evident why Marvel may take some umbrage from the design.

So, if you watched the last episode of Invincible and felt the need to swing through the streets of New York in a new suit, Agent Spider may be what you need. The suit is merely cosmetic, as it does not come with any added power-ups, but it’s still a snazzy addition to Peter’s wardrobe.
