Sukuna came back from the legends, and so did his body with four hands and four eyes. Apart from his two hands, the other two can be spawned from anywhere on his body. Albeit Sukuna was once a regular human, his feats and powers are confusing fans at this point. The significance of his four arms, four eyes, and two mouths was explained greatly in a fan theory.

The actual power that Sukuna holds is tremendous, and fans must consider that all the damage done by Gojo has been healed and reversed. He can use Domain Expansion, his Cursed Technique, Domain Amplification, and the Reverse Cursed Technique as much as he pleases. It was already revealed in the series that Sukuna’s capacity for cursed energy is massive. Yuta Okkotsu said that the King of all Curses has at least twice the amount of cursed energy reservoir as him. This simply implies how insanely powerful the actual form of Sukuna is.

Many fans were wondering why the proper form of Sukuna has four hands, four eyes, and two mouths. There is a popular fan theory among the Jujutsu Kaisen community that Sukuna is actually inspired by the mythical legend of Ryomen Sukuna, who happened to be a conjoined twin. The reason behind his four arms and four eyes can be explained by this theory. Twins are considered to be harbingers of bad luck in the Jujutsu world.

The actual legend follows a man named Tengoku, who was absolutely fascinated by the conjoined twins and bought them in. However, one of the twins devoured the other one, and Sukuna has been a cannibal in the series. The reason behind his cursed energy reservoir being twice the size of Yuta can be explained by the theory that he ate his twin brother.

However, all this is nothing but fan theory but a very popular one. This does explain a lot of Sukuna’s attributes in great detail but a normal person in the Jujutsu Kaisen world wouldn’t be born with two more arms, an extra pair of eyes, and one more mouth. Fans can’t wait for Akutami to touch Sukuna’s past and explain his character.
