Jonathan Majors’ life has turned upside down ever since he was found guilty of assault and harassment. With charges of abuse against his ex-girlfriend, the actor was found guilty and his acting career took a deep dive.
Getting fired from Marvel as Kang the Conqueror, the actor seemed to be falling and falling until he booked an interview. Sitting down for a chat with Linsey Davis, Jonathan Majors appeared to fight back tears in an interview with Good Morning America!
Jonathan Majors Sits Down For First Interview After The Trial
Ever since he was found guilty, the Loki star has avoided the spotlight. After getting fired from Marvel, even the studio has avoided the subject of Majors as the star has created quite a controversy due to his trial.
That all has changed, however, as Majors reportedly sat down for an interview with Linsey Davis on Good Morning America. Being an exclusive interview, a 30-second clip was released on the internet and made its way to X (formerly Twitter). With Majors holding back tears, the actor revealed that it has been hard ever since the verdict!
The clip features Linsey Davis asking Majors why he decided to speak now and what he felt while he heard the verdict of being guilty. Wiping away tears from his eyes, Jonathan Majors said “It’s been… it’s been hard. I’m sorry… I,” the promo ends with Davis asking Majors whether he thinks he’ll be able to work in Hollywood again!

Jonathan Majors was found guilty of intentional assault in the third degree as the actor reportedly fractured his ex-girlfriend’s finger. There have been several discussions with some claiming that Majors faces jail for a year while others claiming that the actor will simply be left alone with a warning.
Mr. Majors Will Allegedly Not Face Jail Time
Although the actor was convicted, the sentencing hearing is slated for February 6. Cary London, a defense attorney recently spoke to The Hollywood Reporter about how Majors will allegedly not serve jail time and instead will serve some anger management classes!
“Since it’s the defendant’s first conviction, although technically he faces one year of jail, the judge will 99 percent give him three years probation, anger management, and possibly some community service. Mr. Majors is not getting jail time.”
Well, Disney and Marvel Studios are indeed looking for a replacement for the actor as he was dropped out of the MCU as Kang the Conqueror. Although the actor may or may not serve jail time, getting convicted guilty will surely be a setback to the actor’s career. The interview will be available to stream on Hulu and will be released on 8 January 2024.
