While speaking to GQ, Jacob Elordi opened up about growing up admiring Heath Ledger and Christian Bale and enjoying their roles in Christopher Nolan’s Batman movies. However, Elordi revealed that he refused to audition for DC’s Superman as he felt it was too dark for him.
They asked me to read for Superman. That was immediately, ‘No, thank you.’ That’s too much. That’s too dark for me.”
