Kristen Stewart Was Bullied In School For Her Profession

As difficult as it is to imagine, Kristen Stewart was not the most popular person during her childhood days. Owing to an early start to her acting career as a teenager, the star quit school at the age of 14 to pursue her love for films. This decision had a negative impact on her when it came to school and friends.

The actor stated that she was never one to publicize the fact that she was in the entertainment business, and welcomed the opportunity to study on set as opposed to going to school.  Her decision was also brought on by the reaction of her peers who resorted to trolling the star when they found out about her profession. Speaking of the challenging times, Stewart told the Mirror,

“I was never the type of girl to walk around talking about being an actress, so I didn’t get a whole lot of s*** until someone found out. I was playing it down, but I definitely got, ‘Oh, she’s such a b****’ I was like, ‘You’ve never spoken to me, but you think I’m a b****? Great.”

Despite these tough times, the Snow White and the Hunstman actor stated that she did not regret the decision to quit high school or felt that she missed out on college as she believed that her dream of becoming an actor was her main focus. As it turned out, her instincts were absolutely spot on.
