Boruto: Two Blue Vortex’s release this year has been a big hit with manga fans. The prologue ended on a major cliffhanger, and the early chapters of Boruto’s sequel have added further action and mystery. As a result, Boruto is suddenly trending globally, and the fandom is at a loss for words to express their appreciation for the new post-time-skip Boruto character designs. Boruto entered the time skip era earlier this year, and after a brief pause, it returned with a sequel to its manga, bringing the time skip to a close.
Boruto’s three-year time gap saw all of its protagonists perfect their skills. Not only did they perfect their skills, but they have managed to come out of the shadows of their predecessors who were part of the first Naruto series.
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Focuses More on The New Generation
Code and his army of Claw Grime soldiers invade Konoha in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 2. The majority of shinobi fighting against Code and his army are from the following generation. The children introduced in Boruto are now teens ranging in age from 15 to 19 years old, and they are in charge. More crucially, except for the current Hokage Shikamaru, no member of the preceding generation is present in the chapter. Boruto: Two Blue Vortex may take a variety of different stories and angles now that the future generation is fully in charge and involved in the plot, all outside the shadow of the elder shinobi presented in Naruto.
It appears that the following generation has finally surpassed their elders. Boruto characters have already demonstrated a plethora of new power-ups, some of which are quite strong.

Boruto Characters are Stronger After Time Skip
The anticipation built by the first few chapters has fans eagerly anticipating what comes next. While the manga has only recently begun and will most likely continue to exhibit new powers as it progresses, it has already included some characters utilizing new talents. Sarada Uchiha has triggered her Mangekyo Sharingan, which was a challenging skill to master throughout Boruto. Along with Kawaki, a newer version of Mitsuki was also presented stronger than before. Boruto also makes a cool return to Konaha village in the early chapters, walking on Code’s face and exhibiting his confidence with his newly acquired powers.
Boruto is finally beginning to live up to its next-generation name. Although it may have taken longer than planned for the new characters, the new storyline has helped the series step away from the shadow of Naruto and its characters.
