Although that was purely acting necessary for the film, Zendaya, in a separate interview, answered an important question about how actors approach each other for these intimate scenes that require some form of comfort!
Zendaya Talked About How Actors Approach Intimate Scenes!
Acting is quite a tough ordeal, and it especially becomes more difficult if the actors are involved in an intimate scene. Like the scene in Challengers, the interviewer asked Zendaya about her steamy scenes with her co-stars, and here’s what Zendaya had to say for an answer to The Direct.
“Just being committed to the work, and holding space for each other, and being patient with each other, and just being really helpful, and just being in those rooms, and just talking shit through – I think it ultimately led to being in a space where we could just be like, ‘All right, let’s play.'”
With a controversial trailer at hand and fans talking about Challengers’ bold approach to s*x and tennis, the Zendaya starter film is set for a release date of 26 April 2024 in theaters across the U.S. The film is directed by Luca Guadagnino, who is known for directing Call Me by Your Name and Bones and All, so the world is quite excited about the film!
