Shooting for a film can be a tall order, which is made even more complex when there are people involved that you are unfamiliar with, considering you have to make a whole movie together. Thus, many actors try to get to know each other on the sets or off them to help them make it easier to collaborate. But British actress Vanessa Kirby had other ideas for introducing herself to her Hobbs and Shaw co-star Dwayne Johnson, which was more intense and borderline lethal than anything else.

On the day of the World Premiere of their Fast And Furious spin-off film, the Mission: Impossible star talked to the press about the making of the film and what it was like to work in the franchise. Here, she also recalled the famous scene from the movie where her character is seen taking down Hobbs in a front neck hold while pointing a gun at him at the same time. Recalling this, she said:

“My first day was involved me wrapping my legs around Dwayne’s neck. So, it was the most intense introduction to a film ever and also to a person,”

While the film might have many more memorable scenes in it, this one particular act was definitely the one that left an impression on both of them.
