And now, these two forces will soon be coming together for Amazon MGM Studios’ romantic-comedy, Merv, directed by Jessica Swale. As per the film’s premise, Deschanel and Cox will play a couple that has separated from each other. However, their break-up comes at the cost of their dog’s happiness. The two embark on an awkward vacation as they hope to lift their dog’s spirit who is suffering from depression after the break-up.
