Ben Affleck has been facing quite a lot of ups and downs in his private life as of late, and the rumors of his relationship with Jennifer Lopez hanging by a thread don’t seem to be dying down anytime soon. If anything, according to the latest reports from insider sources, things aren’t looking all too hopeful for Bennifer 2.0, as of now.
Per the source, Affleck has reportedly moved into his new home, which is notably closer to the home of his ex-wife and the mother of his three children, Jennifer Garner. Meanwhile, amidst all the rumors of an impending divorce between this dynamic duo of Hollywood, Lopez is reportedly trying her best “not to let her situation with Ben bring her down.”

According to the latest reports ET sourced by an insider, the Air actor has moved into his new home in Los Angeles, which was acquired by him last week, and is feeling “hopeful” following the same. Apparently, just like his current wife, he is trying to look only forward while embracing a new chapter in his life.
Ben Affleck purchased this $20.5 million estate a few weeks after listing the home he owns with his Latin pop singer wife for sale. While this came as a strong blow for all those Bennifer 2.0 supporters out there, it further lent fuel to all the speculations erupting about their marriage and rumors of strife between them.
Additionally, the house that Affleck has moved into is closer to his ex-wife Jennifer Garner‘s estate, and it seems to be all per Affleck’s wishes. As ET reported:
Ben really likes his new home and feels hopeful about the change. He wanted to move and be closer to Jen Garner and their kids to make co-parenting easier. It’s been a hard time for him, but He’s continuing to make his wellbeing and his family a priority.
Previously, it was reported that Affleck and Lopez’s“divorce papers are done and ready to be filed.” However, instead of just throwing in the towel in a hasty turn of events, “Jen and Ben agreed it is best to take some time apart so they can really figure out what it is that they want.” That said, this latest turn of events seems to be supporting this report.
But while this is what Affleck is going through, his boss-babe diva of a wife hasn’t shied away from trying to be positive about it all herself as well.
Jennifer Lopez is Reportedly “Trying to view her 55th birthday as a fresh start”
As per sources, Jennifer Lopez is also seemingly “doing her best to stay positive and focus on the great things in her life.“ This comes after the fact that she recently celebrated her 55th birthday in Bridgehampton, New York, in the absence of her husband and the presence of her friends and family “who love her.”
That said, the Atlas actress also seems to be looking forward to a fresher start to her life, be it with or without Affleck (or so it seems). As per ET:
It has been a hard year with some unexpected realizations, changes, and obstacles, but Jen is trying to view her 55th birthday as a fresh start. She is trying not to let her situation with Ben bring her down.
Moreover, as per the insider scoops, for now, this pair is trying its best “to focus on their loved ones while spending time apart.“
This includes them spending their respective time with their kids as well, i.e. Affleck’s children Violet (18), Seraphina (15), and Samuel (12), and Lopez’s twins Max and Emme (16).

Jen and Ben have been trying to focus on their loved ones while spending time apart. Jen and Ben are both keeping their kids and respective families at the forefront of their minds as they move through these changes. They’re trying to present themselves in a positive way for their kids.
All of this being put out there, reports of Bennifer 2.0 splitting seem to be more viable than ever before. But what’s positive is that this pair is ostensibly trying to take the healthier approach instead of simply making some haste decisions they may have ended up regretting later.
