They should be over that by now. It was 25 years ago and it’s for children. I think it’s for children. But they get stuck in it.”

I do Cameos and people say, ‘I’m having a Harry Potter-themed wedding,’ and I think, gosh, what’s their first night of fun going to be? I can’t even think about it,” she added.

Apart from her work in the Harry Potter franchise, the actress has showcased her talent in films like Yentl (1983), Little Shop of Horrors (1986), Little Dorrit (1988), Romeo + Juliet (1996), and Being Julia (2004).

As the new reboot of the series is being under development for the small screen, it’s not sure if this would also captivate today’s audiences as much as the movies did. But it could play a major role in introducing the new generation to the wizard world of the franchise
