Moreover, the confidence she displays while standing in the ring and going against the biggest stars makes her a force to be reckoned with. In today’s segment of WWE SmackDown, The Storm finally made her much-anticipated debut. While she took them out effortlessly, she made a silly mistake that could have potentially ruined her debut, until she rescued the situation like a boss.
Jade Cargill Almost Ruined Her WWE Debut With a Goofy Mistake
Months ago Jade Cargill had jumped ship from AEW, where she was the longest reigning TBS Champion in the company’s history. Tonight, she made her long-awaited debut on WWE SmackDown, where she finally signed Nick Aldis’ contract. She immediately makes an impact on the wrestling universe as she says, “The storm has arrived.”
Later that evening, a match took place between Bianca Belair versus Damage Control’s Dakota Kai. The match was thrilling as Belair speared and suplexes Kai across the ring, she was extremely aggressive as she bounced Kai’s head off the canvas again and again. As the match continued, they got into a slugfest in the middle of the ring, where Kai missed her massive opportunity to hit the corner kick and accidentally kicked the steel post. Ultimately, Belair, suplexes her from the apron into the ring, hit her with a Spear, and won the match.
However, Damage Control was not delighted with it, as they attacked Belair, Naomi attempted to save her friend, but the number game averted her from stopping the attack. The WWE Universe was cheering for Bayley, but the unthinkable happened.
Jade Cargill’s music hits, she strolls down the ring, kicks Asuka in the face, gives a pop-up powerbomb to Kai, and drops Kairi Sane with her finisher, Jaded.
However, she went for a pin on Sane, but she managed to avoid embarrassment as she struck a pose to save her WWE debut.
