In a TikTok video, Jessica Biel made a surprising confession of eating while she enjoys showering in the bathroom.
“Guys, thanks for all these questions about shower eating. I’m just so thrilled everyone is so interested. I really want to start a movement, a shower-eating movement.”
Back in late December, the actress revealed that she liked to eat while showering which led fans to wonder more about the concept. In the new video, she shared how ‘shower-eating’ is going to be “a relief in so many ways” for people who love “multitasking.”
She has set some rules for her things which include having a built-in shelf to allow items to rest when she needs her hands for other things.
“I like to take a bite or a sip and put it on the ledge, and then you do your thing.”
She continued,
“You wash your hair — keep the soap out — that’s a big deal. It’s pretty simple, guys. You can do this. I find it deeply satisfying.”
While she is quite satisfied with eating while showering, she also talked about a tricky part which is – keeping your mouth shut!
“The only tricky thing is that when you’re chewing, you got to keep your mouth closed because I still like to get under the water while I’m chewing, and for whatever reason, I want to open my mouth at the same time and spit water.”
The Next star joked about having the urge to spit water because she gets “spit in the face with water all the time by my kids.” While her interesting confession gets candid about her showering preference, she has yet to address the speculations going around her rumored relationship fallout with her husband, Justin Timberlake.
