While the fans are still not over season 2, a few of the lesser-known artists dropped the colored palette of season 2’s script. It featured more than 30 images, and each one of them is a masterpiece. The color mixing and contrast show that the MAPPA controversy did not compromise the work of the animators.
Jujutsu Kaisen’s Colored Script Is Ruling The Interent
There was a point of time when the fans were not sure whether Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 would have completed the season or not. The tension between the animators and MAPPA increased every day. Ultimately, the season was completed and became a massive hit. Now, with almost a month after the Jujutsu Kaisen season 2, the colored script of the season has surfaced online.
Hiro Nagasuna and his team, Gokinjyo, published 35 colored scripts containing several notable incidents from season 2. Satoru Gojo’s fun moments with Suguru Geto and Riko Amanai, Nobara Kugisaki’s fight with Mahito, Riko Amanai’s demise, Ryomen Sukuna’s Domain Expansion, Yuta Okkotsu’s entry, Yuji Itadori chasing Mahito, etc.
The scripts are available on the official site of Gokinjyo and their Instagram page. Hiro Nagasuna also revealed that Shota Goshozono, the director of Jujutsu Kaisen season 2, invited him for a session to have a meaningful conversation on the development of the script. Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 has been nominated for several awards at the Crunchyroll Anime Awards, mostly due to the great animation and scenes throughout the season.
Jujutsu Kaisen is On a Victory Run
Before creating a scene of an anime, the manga panel is first colored and bought close to an animation look alike and then converted into an animation. The released color panels are the stage before the final animation. Due to Jujutsu Kaisen season 2 having such a high contrast throughout the season, it took extra effort to create the masterpiece.
Jogo vs. Ryomen Sukuna had great pyrotechnics amidst the dark side of Shibuya, while Toji Fushiguro vs. Satoru Gojo had a light background. In the beginning, the season had a light and colorful background, but after the Shibuya Incident arc began, everything changed. The background and the plot became darker, and there was more bloodshed.
The fans are happy to see the color scripts of season 2. It reminded them of the excitement they felt each week with the release of every episode. They were not shy from showering Gokinjyo’s social media post with love. Jujutsu Kaisen has announced that it will return with the Culling Games arc in season 3. Moreover, the manga is also going through a pretty interesting phase, which has got the fans to jump over for joy.
