According to the British Summer Time, it will be released at 4:30 P.M. There won’t be any waiting for the fans since episode two will air at the same time as Japanese TV. Soon after its release, it will be available with different subtitles. The subtitles include English, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Latin American, German, French, Arabic, and Castilian Spanish. Apart from the subbed versions, there will also be dubbed versions of Naoya Matsumoto’s magnum opus.
The dubbed version will be available in Castilian Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, English, Spanish, Latin American, Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi. Kaiju No. 8 season one will have 12 episodes. So, it will most likely run for twelve weeks if there are no off-weeks. It will also have a Blu-Ray Disc release after season one wraps up. Fans have marked the Saturdays on their calendars since it is the day when Kaiju will attack Yokohama City.
Kaiju No. 8 Has An Intriguing Plot
The first episode of Kaiju No. 8 featured the main protagonist, Kafka Hibino, who is a cleaner of the Anti-Kaiju Defence Force. After the Kaiju is killed, the cleaners clean up the mess and collect samples for researchers. Hibino’s childhood friend, Ashiro, is a celebrated officer of the Anti-Kaiju Defence Force and has slayed hundreds of Kaiju. While both of them aspired to join the Defence Force, Ashiro seemed to have left Hibino far behind in rank.
One fine day, Hibino and his colleague, Ishikawa, were attacked by a comparatively smaller kaiju. To save Ishikawa, Hibino pushed him out of the way and distracted the kaiju. He asked Ishikawa to call the Defence Force. Hibino ran for his life, and after some time, when the kaiju was about to kill him, Ashiro appeared and killed the kaiju. Injured, Hibino and Ishikawa were quickly taken to the hospital.
The protagonist was thinking about his childhood on the hospital bed when suddenly, a tiny flying kaiju appeared out of nowhere. It quickly entered Hibino’s mouth and went inside him. Writhing in pain, Ishikawa came to his aid, only to find out he had turned into a kaiju. Kaiju No. 8 episode 2 will mark the start of a new journey for Kafka Hibino.
A kaiju has forcefully entered his body, transforming him into a kaiju. It will interesting to see how the Anti-Defence Force treats him. He can be treated as a threat or an evolution of the human species. For the moment, Kafka Hibino is busy trying to escape the hospital.
