Toei Changes Animation Style for Egghead Island Arc of One Piece
A teaser for One Piece’s Egghead Island arc’s first episode titled “Entering a New Chapter! Luffy and Sabo’s Paths!” was released recently and it showed that the official start date of the arc would be January 7, 2024. As evidenced by the trailer, this new chapter in the One Piece anime, officially dubbed Egghead Arc, will bring about yet another change to the show’s overall look.
The video offers a look at the island because of the efforts of Dr. Vegapunk, the remarkable scientist employed by the World Government, who established his laboratory there. The Egghead Island arc trailer features characters in a light style of artwork against partially 3D origins, fitting the retro-futuristic theme of Egghead Island.
The soundtrack seems to be using an electronic approach that has never been used in One Piece before. The video has got the fans excited for the series and the animation in particular has grasped the attention of One Piece fans who are looking forward to learning more about the mysteries of the One Piece world and following the Straw Hats on another adventure.
