While speaking with Good Morning America, Leonardo DiCaprio was asked if his hands started shaking after getting to work with Robert De Niro again. DiCaprio admitted that his hands did shake as it was De Niro and he worked on his first major role in a movie with him, which was This Boy’s Life. Therefore, getting to act in a similar kind of role as he did with De Niro in Killers of The Flower Moon felt like home to him.

For sure. It’s Robert De Niro. I did my first major role in a movie with Robert De Niro. Exactly 30 years later, getting to work with him again, almost doing a verison of that movie, of the abused stepchild, whose father figure has a mental control over him and is abusive. So it felt like home. Felt like an intrinsic part of my childhood and I fit right into those shoes.

Killers of The Flower Moon has already won the hearts of fans and critics alike and is already at the forefront of the Oscars race, which will be held next year. We’ll have to see if DiCaprio and De Niro will work again in the future.
