What Are Photo Ops in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2?
Early in the game, you’ll embark on the Show Me New York main story quest, which will send you straight to the first Photo Ops location. You are then free to complete all the Photo Ops in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2 at any time as either Peter or Miles.
To complete these, you have to go to specific locations and take photos of certain objects. Robbie Robertson from the Daily Bugle wants photos that capture the spirit of the city.
You’ll meet people and witness unique moments, all while learning more about New York’s rich culture. Check out the “Collections” tab in the menu. You can listen to voice recordings from Miles and hear stories about each of the shots.
As you explore New York, you can reveal holographic icons in your vicinity by pressing R3. As the Photo Ops locations don’t get revealed on the entire map at once, it can be tricky to find them all. With this guide, you won’t have trouble finding all 23 Photo Ops in Marvel’s Spider-Man 2.
Once you’ve found the object, swipe up on the touchpad to equip your camera. Hold L2 to aim, then press R1 to take the snapshot. Photo Ops will earn you XP and City Tokens as rewards. And completing all 23 will get you the New York, New York trophy.
