MCU Fan on Reddit Proposes a Wild Loki Season 2 Theory

Loki season 2 focuses on the titular character’s journey with Mobius M. Mobius, Hunter B-15, and several other members of the Time Variance Authority. However, a fan on Reddit, u/KevinAnniPadda, recently posted an interesting theory about Loki’s true intentions.

The TVA has a failsafe. If a Kang’s aura enters the time loom, the time loom self destructs. It senses him, destroys him and itself so that a Kang can never use it to control time.

That’s not the end of the theory, but the fan also believes that it’s Loki and his friends that are running things behind the scenes.

They seem like they want to preserve the TVA but protect it against any Kang variants. It would also make sense that this safeguard has always and will always be in place which is why He Who Remains hid at the end of time and not in the TVA. He can’t control the TVA without destroying it. He had to trick people into running it and he used Miss Minutes and his proxy.

If the fan hits the jackpot with his theory, it would mean that Loki will be the primary character to protect the universe against Kang variants.

It will mean that the audience can expect Tom Hiddleston’s Loki to make an appearance in Deadpool 3. After all, the TVA plans to recruit the prime versions of each superhero in its army to fight against the Kang variants.

Considering many reports suggest that Kang variants will be the primary villains in Avengers: The Kang Dynasty and Avengers: Secret Wars, it only makes sense that future Marvel movies focus on recruiting superheroes to fight the mighty opponent.
