As per her friend, on January 11, at her residence, the native of New Jersey lost her battle against cancer. The late actress, best recognized for her role as Lulu Warnicker in Footloose, was gifted in a variety of media.
Marta made a lasting impression on the hearts of viewers while appearing in television shows such as The Rookies, Starsky & Hutch, Charlie’s Angels, Matt Houston, The F.B.I., Cannon, The Streets of San Francisco, and Barnaby Jones. She starred in Joe Kidd in 1972 with Robert Duvall & Clint Eastwood and in Footloose in 1984 with Kevin Bacon.
