Amid the disheartening news of Pedro Pascal’s MCU reboot Fantastic Four facing a shooting delay, there has been a seemingly confirmed report of Anya Taylor-Joy appearing in the upcoming film. As per scooper Daniel Richtman, the Mad Max actress is being eyed to play a villain role in the film.
The news of Anya Taylor-Joy’s appearance in Pedro Pascal’s Fantastic Four comes in the wake of another report claiming that Silver Surfer will be gender-swapped in the movie. This almost confirms that Taylor-Joy might appear in the role of the gender-swapped Herald of Galactus.

“So, you know Galactus is going to be part of Fantastic Four. The idea is that one of his four heralds is going to be female – I have heard that the Silver Surfer is going to be female.” Sneider asserted.

Further, this unofficially unconfirmed report was again asserted by Jeff Sneider on his personal website The InSneider, claiming that his readers “can expect to see a female Silver Surfer,”. Later on, Sneider’s comments were corroborated by scooper MyTimeToShineHello via X.
