As a fan has mentioned on Twitter, they might see the duo of Captain Carter and Captain America in Phase 6.
As MCU fans have watched What If…? Season 2 Episode 8 where Captain Carter meets Steve Rogers, both of them were surprised to see each other. Nevertheless, both of them worked together and devised a plan along with other characters. As a result, Marvel fans are quite convinced that in Secret Wars, a formidable duo could be formed.
Marvel Fans Are Excited for Captain Carter-Captain America Duo
After the release of Marvel’s What If…? Season 2 Episode 8, fans were taken aback with joy and excitement as they got to see Agent Peggy Carter and Steve Rogers working together to stop the portals from taking more people from the medieval universe she was in. They worked together to find the mystery behind the portals and together they effortlessly defeated the bad guys.
While the two never fought side-by-side in a live-action film, seeing them fighting alongside each other in an animated series brought a huge smile to the faces of the viewers, and fans are quite convinced that they are going to see these two soon in Avengers: Secret Wars. It is difficult to say if Marvel would feature Captain Carter and Captain America fighting alongside each other. However, each of the Avengers films is full of iconic and epic moments, that would make the fans jump with excitement and this would surely be one of those scenes that would give the MCU a run for its money, given that it’s done correctly.
Will Marvel Feature a Captain Carter-Captain America Duo on The Big Screen?
As fans know that each of Marvel’s projects is interconnected, there is a high possibility that Hayley Atwell might make a stronger comeback in a live-action film. From her entry in the first season of the show, she has made the fans go nuts and her presence in the 2nd season of the show is as exciting as the first one. Moreover, Captain Carter has made some long-lasting changes in many iconic events that took place in the main timeline.
In spite of the approval from MCU fans, it is somewhat difficult for the wishes of the audience to become a reality. Moreover, fans have seen that despite immense hype from the first season of the show, Agent Carter died at the hands of Scarlett Witch in Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness. However, with the idea of multiverse travel, another variant of Agent Carter might be showcased which might have a sad ending like fans saw in the 2022 film.
