The actor is renowned for his versatility, as he has appeared in many films in various genres throughout his acting career. But there is one genre that has been left untouched by him, yet he once expressed his vision upon that. Earlier, during an interview, Damon blatantly talked about acting in p*rn movies.

Matt Damon shared his opinion on working in adult films

There have been many celebrities who have joined the adult film industry, yet there will always be a hush-hush about the topic. Previously, renowned actor Matt Damon also expressed his view on working in the adult film industry. Earlier, during an interview, when Damon was asked his opinion on doing a p*rn film, he agreed to the idea, but he took a swing at that. Damon said,

“I’m feeling like I can but I want to do a character-driven p*rn movie.”

Further, the actor explained that he looks forward to taking p*rn films to the next level, which leads to character development. This might seem a little weird to the fans; however, Damon clearly doesn’t seem to be jesting about it. Referring to the director, Doug Liman, the actor shared about the version of p*rn they would like to make. He continued by sharing,

“Actually Doug said to me he wanted us to be the first director and actor team that made the p*rn version of the actual movie.”

“You know how movie titles get p*rn titles, they have movies, and they rip them off.”

Damon and Doug Liman had some crazy ideas related to p*rn, as Damon revealed that

“Doug suggested that he and after the first movie, makes the P*rn Identity and is the first people ever to do that.”

The actor, who has appeared in several action movies, made a bizarre comparison between p*rn films and action movies. He said,

“My theory on action movies is that they’re like p*rn movies. A p*rn movie has got really bad writing, really bad acting and really thinly drawn characters. And then you get the action and you don’t really feel anything for the action.”

The actor clearly had an issue with the quality of the script offered for the action films; hence, he chose to divert his profession to being an adult film star, but on his terms.
