For any fans of the Modern Warfare 3 video game and the franchise that spawned it, they may feel despondent when hearing that it will kill off some major characters. The rebooted series saw all of Task Force 141 reunited, with Price at the helm, Ghost and Soap in the ranks, and now with new members like Alex, Farah, and Alejandro all joining in.
With many characters coming back into the fold, there are going to be some heart-wrenching deaths that come along with it. Modern Warfare 3 is no different and as reported, three major deaths are going to be coming in the game that might shock or disappoint some of the fans.
Not everyone will stay in Modern Warfare 3.
The entire main cast of characters have lived through the carnage that unfolded during the events of MW 2019 and MW2, unless you count Alex losing his leg. It’s unlike in the first series, where both Ghost and Roach perished in a blazing and outstanding betrayal by General Shepherd.
However, as fans head into the third chapter in this reboot, the actor behind the character Kyle “Gaz” Garrick has confirmed that there will be three différent deaths in the game.
Moreover, Elliot Knight took to the comments section on a TikTok upload to say,
“Let me tell you something, 2 sad deaths and 1 good death.”

Which characters will get axed from the game?
Many fans of the game have already speculated that one of these deaths will be Captain Price, whose omnipotent status in Call of Duty could be about to end. The iconic leader of the group is set to become something of a martyr for the team and pass the leadership torch onto Ghost.
If Price is indeed killed off, it seems likely that the “good death” predicted by Knight belongs to either Graves or Makarov. Perhaps Price will be able to take one of the two antagonists with him on the way out, as we don’t really see Captain Price going down without taking someone else with him.
The last death, a very sad one, would presumably pass over the likes of Ghost, Alejandro, and Soap, given their possibilities in the future of Modern Warfare, leaving some minor faces like Alex, Farah, Nikolaj, and even Gaz himself as vulnerable. Whether all of this comes to pass or not, fans will more than likely have a lot to talk about after the game drops on November 10th.
