Mr. & Mrs. Smith had an excellent cast of actors, with the two leads, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie being at the heights of their careers during its release. It is no surprise that this film chose to hide some secret details about the well-known projects by these two actors. Pitt’s iconic film, Fight Club, seems to have gotten a small nod in this film.
There is a scene in the 2005 film, where Benjamin Danz, played by Adam Brody, was being interrogated by Pitt’s character. Here, Brody’s character is seen wearing a t-shirt that has the words, ‘Fight Club‘ written on it, being a nod to the Oscar-winning actor’s classic. The detail is hidden so well in this scene that one would not be able to spot it if they did not know what they were looking for.

Brad Pitt’s 1999 film, Fight Club, was one of the most significant films of his career. Being directed by David Fincher, not only did this film have an excellent premise, but it also had some of the most exceptionally well-written characters of its time. Almost a borderline psychological thriller, it has a beautiful twist and the performance given by its cast is more than exceptional.
This movie became such a significant moment in cinema history, that it became timeless, with its message being relevant and resonating with its audiences to this date. On top of this, the movie helped launch the careers of some of the biggest names in Hollywood, starring actors like Helena Bonham Carter, Edward Norton, Jared Leto, and, of course, Brad Pitt.
