In a major step in the right direction, the Warner Bros. answer to Super Smash Bros. Multiversus announces a brand-new character that will be coming to the game in one of the most spectacular trailers that has gamers screaming with joy already.
Even though Multiversus doesn’t have a massive following in the gaming community, it does have a lot of potential to explore into the numerous IPs that are owned by Warner Bros. and now it is taking a step into a rather familiar direction as it brings in a familiar character from the DC Universe.

Thanks to a recent teaser trailer on the official Multiversus Twitter/X user, which revealed this new character, we can now confirm that the Joker will be making his return to the video game world in what can only be described as a big bang.

For many gamers, the recent Joker from Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League was the end of the line, as they believed that the character would never be portrayed as well as he was in games like the Arkham series, but now they can sigh a breath of relief.
During the recent teaser trailer, players get a small glimpse at the upcoming character, the Joker, in all his glory, along with a small voiceline in which he says, “Wait till they get a load of me!” in a rather familiar voice, which is the voice of Mark Hamill, the actor who voiced the character in the Arkhamverse.

This took gamers by surprise, as they once believed that he was done voicing the iconic character, but now this clip is living proof that he clearly isn’t done voicing the clown prince of crime, at least for now.

After the unfortunate debacle of the recent Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League version of The Joker, it is good that Warner Bros. took on the criticism and managed to convince Mark Hamill to reprise his role as the popular character, as the responses from the gaming community are off the charts.
