Meryl Streep And Don Gummer Have Been Separated For Years
Meryl Streep doesn’t usually speak up about her life behind the camera. However, the actress has been accompanied by her husband Don Gummer on several occasions over the years. Sources have recently revealed that they have been separated for over six years.
Page Six broke the news after a source revealed that Streep and Gummer have “chosen lives apart.” The source said,
“Don Gummer and Meryl Streep have been separated for more than 6 years, and while they will always care for each other, they have chosen lives apart.”
As per the outlet, they were last seen together at the 2018 Oscars. The news came as a surprise to many as the Oscar-winning actress was recently seen wearing her wedding ring at the Princesa de Asturias Awards 2023. Neither Streep nor Gummer has said anything about their separation so far.
Many are shocked as the star couple was among some of the longest-married couples in Hollywood. The Mamma Mia! star and the famous sculptor share a son and three daughters and are also grandparents to five grandchildren as well.

His songs have been featured in Streep’s movies Julie and Julia and Ricki and the Flash. However, he has been quite open about having a star parent as he believes that it could be “overshadowing” sometimes. Henry Wofle Gummer has been married to Tamryn Gummer since 2019, and the couple share two children, three-year-old daughter Ida June Gummer and one-year-old son Quinn William Gummer.

She is now married to writer Mehar Sethi, and the couple share two children, a son and a daughter.
Grace Gummer
Following in the footsteps of her sister and her mother, Grace Gummer made her debut in the 1993 movie House of Spirits, in which she played the younger version of her mother’s character. She was born on May 9, 1986, and after graduating from Vassar College in art history and Italian, she starred in The Sexual Neuroses of Our Parents.

Starting her acting career with stage plays, she got her on-screen breakout in the HBO MAX drama The Gilded Age. The actress uses her middle name as a surname due to Screen Actors Guild rules.
Talking about her mother during an interview on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, she shared her mother’s one of the habits that drive her crazy. “If she starts to speak to someone who has an accent, she’ll just start doing the accent,” she shared while calling her mother “very sweet.”
