Fans were super pumped for Captain America: Brave New World when they heard the rumors that Harrison Ford would be playing the role of President Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross in the movie. However, as new updates, rumors, and spoilers keep popping up, fans are getting less and less interested and more and more disappointed with the upcoming MCU film.
Just like one recent rumored update that left Ford in the movie nothing short of a mere one-trick pony: Anthony Mackie’s Cap is going to be fighting a “final” fight with the Indiana Jones alum’s character, and fans aren’t pleased with this news at all.

Captain America 4 Rumor Hints At A Disappointing Spoiler
Out of all the rumors surfacing about Captain America: Brave New World, this one has to be, by far, the most disappointing for one too many reasons. As per the spoiler shared by @MyTimeToShineH on X, Anthony Mackie’s Cap will be fighting one “final” battle with the Red Hulk at the White House.

As is already confirmed that Harrison Ford will be bringing President Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross to life, what’s more, is that at some point in the movie, he might go on to transform into the Red Hulk, as Ross does in the comics.
Therefore, in a nutshell, this rumor by @MyTimeToShineH clearly points out that Ford will turn into the Red Hulk by the end, and is probably going to end up defeated at the hands of Anthony Mackie‘s Captain America, as can be deciphered from the X handle citing it as the “final battle”.
If these rumors are indeed true and Marvel is truly planning to bring in the red giant in a one-off movie by making him the big bad and killing him off by the end, then that is undoubtedly one of the worst writings from the Marvel Cinematic Universe ever.
Moreover, Thaddeus Ross’ alter ego, i.e. the Red Hulk, is a more complex character than just that. Not only could he bring in some of the most interesting storylines into the MCU, but keeping him alive could also help keep fans intrigued and pumped for future Marvel projects.
And then there are fans themselves who do not want the Red Hulk to only come for a mere fight in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, but instead have at least a whole storyline dedicated to his real story and how he transforms to become one of the Hulks.
Fans Aren’t Buying This Captain America 4 Spoiler
As unsurprising as it is, fans aren’t too happy with this Captain America: Brave New World rumored spoiler. While many are furious just thinking about Marvel eliminating a character like the Red Hulk with only one movie, others simply aren’t buying Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson defeating someone like the Red Hulk without so much as having super abilities like Chris Evans‘ Steve Rogers.

Judging from all these fan reactions, if this spoiler ends up being true, then it would be safe to say that this would be nothing short of one of the worst decisions by the MCU ever.
