Though the Lose You to Love Me singer didn’t reply to all the toxic comments, it’s not always like she killed them with kindness. In some instances, Gomez was seen giving tit-for-tat replies to those who made rude comments about her.
In an Instagram post, when an internet troll suggested her to “remove cheek filler/implants.” To this, the 31-year-old, replied, “Hahahaha I’ve had Botox bb girl.” This isn’t the first time she admitted to getting Botox. The singer has also given a nod to it before in an award ceremony in 2022.

While presenting a SAG award for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor for a Supporting Role, Selena Gomez was accompanied by Martin Short onstage. The singer’s Only Murders in the Building costar joked about receiving Botox, to which she also agreed with him on getting it.
They both expressed excitement for the upcoming award winner while admitting their surgeries. “I’m excited too. Although, it’s hard for me to express the excitement because the Botox is fresh,” said Short. “Alright, mine too,” the Wizards of Waverly Place alum replied. And she again proudly admitted getting Botox in 2023.
