On Saturday, 22nd July 2023, Arnold Schwarzenegger shared a couple of pictures on the Threads app, where he was seen performing squats, with a multitude of weights. He captioned the post “Did you skip leg day this week? There’s still time to fix that.” In any normal conditions, the weights would crush a person, but not the Austrian Oak, as he could do his reps without stopping or showing any signs of weakness.

We’re going through hardships and everything that you, do people have a problem that they pampered themselves too much, and they’re so worried about, oh I’ve hurt your feelings, oh this would not be good, oh this is uncomfortable, it’s all bogus. We Got to go and face life the way it is. There will be hardships, there will be grief, there will be punishment, there will be pain, there will be a fall down, and there will be victories. We just got to go and take those things because it makes us steel.”
