However, many eagle-eyed fans noticed that one of their favorite character, Toph Beifong is missing from the trailer (of about nearly 2 minutes). Despite her lack of eyesight, her strength is not to be underestimated. She is an independent girl who discovered metal bending all on her own. Thus, missing out on a powerful character like her left fans shocked.

She is one of the best characters in the Avatar arc with a major reason involving her unique personality. Despite her blindness, her strength and fearless attitude make her stand out. Her incredible earthbending skills further complement her tough personality with many agreeing that her character has undergone significant development in the entire series.

Not only that, but her humor further makes her an important character, especially her interaction with Aang and Katara. From funny to emotional moments, her character has provided great depth to the series which makes her quite popular in the fandom.

The Netflix series is set to be released on February 22, 2024.
