Colin Farrell has been promoting his upcoming Apple TV drama show Sugar lately. The thriller that releases on Friday, April 5 stars Nate Corddry, Dennis Boutsikaris, and James Cromwell, and, is helmed by director Fernando Meirelles.

While promoting his upcoming project, The Banshees of Inisherin actor recently revealed the movie he has watched the most. He also shared his pick for director Quentin Tarantino’s “most enjoyable” film.

Colin Farrell Thinks This Quentin Tarantino Film Is His ‘Most Enjoyable’ One

The Irish actor recently sat down with media personality Kevin McCarthy for a video interview. During their conversation, the duo touched upon many topics. They talked about the 47-year-old actor’s upcoming release Sugar and, also discussed the Quentin Tarantino film he finds the “most enjoyable.”

Colin Farrell revealed he has watched Tarantino’s 2019 film Once Upon A Time In Hollywood four times already. At this, the Fox 5 reporter McCarthy shared his hot take on the Leonardo Di Caprio and Brad Pitt starrer deeming it “Tarantino’s best movie.”

Farrell replied to him saying “It’s wonderful.” The Batman star further said,

“I’ll tell you one thing, I would say, I think its his most enjoyable. I just, I don’t know that it will ever be on and I’ll be able to switch it off.” 

The star’s pick for Tarantino’s “most enjoyable” work may surprise those who have loved his classics like Pulp Fiction, Django Unchained, and even Inglourious Basterds.

He raved about the movie further saying, ”

“It’s so pleasing, its so funny, its sneakily moving as well and you’re just left with this – God if only at the end, you know, if only things had been different.”

Some fans may remember that Quentin Tarantino faced major backlash for his comments following the 2012 release of Django Unchained. In 2022, the director also landed in hot waters after making anti-Marvel comments.

The Film Colin Farrell Has Watched The Most

During their conversation, McCarthy also asked Farrell which movie he had watched the most number of times. The actor was too pleased with the question.

He reacted by saying,

Well Holy S***, I’m doing this 25 years and no one’s ever asked me that.

He further shared,

“The one I’ve seen most is probably Back To The Future.”

The star later clarified he had watched the original Back To The Future movie which came out in 1985 the most.

The Hollywood hunk also expressed his love for Steven Spielberg’s movies like Jaws, and E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial.

Sugar will be available to stream on Apple TV starting April 5.
