Bonet, 56, filed documents to end her marriage to the 44-year-old Momoa in Los Angeles County court, marking a formal step in their separation after announcing their split on Instagram in January 2022.
The divorce petition cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. Both parties have agreed not to seek financial support, and they have a mutual understanding of how to divide their assets. The documents outline joint custody arrangements for their 16-year-old daughter and 15-year-old son. After nearly five years of marriage and a total of 12 years in a relationship, it is expected to take at least six months before a judge finalizes their divorce.
