Why Is Olivia Wilde’s Ex-Nanny Suing Her?

The whole affair with Harry Styles ended up wrecking the promotional aspect of Olivia WIlde‘s Don’t Worry Darling. To give fans an example, the main star of the psychological thriller, Florence Pugh, hadn’t even bothered to promote her latest movie even before the premiere of the movie at the 79th Venice International Film Festival.

But that isn’t all, things have now taken a wilder turn in the affair situation and it’s being perpetuated by a third party who is a familiar face in this whole story. Erika Genaro, Wilde’s ex-nanny, is now back again to talk about the House star’s relationship with Harry Styles after having pined in on the situation back in October last year.

According to the nanny, Wilde had completely relieved herself of household work, leading to Genaro having to cover up for her in many areas. Genaro had to comfort Jason Sudeikis in such a situation- even going as far as staying back for a few hours to listen to his rants and vents.

Mediating in the domestic affairs of a married couple ended up taking a heavy toll on Genaro’s mental health. She claims that the whole situation gave her a lot of anxiety and stress, and her work duties piled up and increased pressure for her on that front as she would have to fill in for the work that Wilde had normally done before.

It’s no easy task to mediate the relationship problems of two lovers, and it’s especially harder for Erika Genaro who even had to undertake the household work of Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis.

Genaro claims that the added anxiety and stress that came as a middleman in the conflicting relationship between Wilde and Sudeikis became “unbearable”. She further claims that medical professionals had even advised her to stop working, who further told her to take a 3-day break.

She further claims that Sudeikis wasn’t too understanding of what she was going through as an involuntary member of such a troubling time in their marriage and that the Ted Lasso star ended up firing her on the spot when Genaro spoke to him about it.

She says that she was unfairly fired from her job, adding that the now-separated couple had violated several employment laws in the state of California. She is currently seeking damages under the California Fair Employment Housing Act.
