In a colored illustration released in the manga, Yuji’s left arm particularly garnered interest from readers as it had a colorless appearance similar to Sukuna’s arms. It could be due to the development of his version of a Cursed Technique or the channeling of the leftover Sukuna powers in his body.
The peculiar arm may also be a hint towards Soul Manipulation. Chapter 220 showcased Choso handing over a book about the same technique to Yuji Itadori. Given that Mahito was able to distort a person’s body with his Idle Transfiguration because the body and soul are two similar sides, Yuji might be able to manipulate his body parts.

Higurama has trapped both Sukuna and Yuji in his Deadly Sentencing Domain Expansion. However, the defendant is Itadori while the King of Curses is acting as a witness to the prosecution. The shinigami (Judgeman) has once again accused Itadori of committing mass murder in Shibuya on October 31, 2018, for which the latter had previously pled guilty, and awaits a death sentence.
Hiromi Higurama has taken the responsibility of defending Yuji Itadori, terming his crimes to be “motivated by a strong sense of personal accountability.” Readers know that Yuji was under the control of Sukuna when he committed the atrocities.
