This clip also provided an insight into what fans can expect from the arc. This is supposed to be set five hundred years into the future. All the credit goes to Dr Vegapunk, the World Government’s most brilliant scientist, who built his laboratory on the island.

The teaser majorly showcased advanced laboratories and cutting-edge technologies. From the key visuals and the teaser, we saw the Straw Hat Pirates wearing some futuristic attire, and it also hints at the presence of a giant robot. A notable highlight of the video is the introduction of a new character, a woman with Punk 02 stamped on her outfit.

However, the Egghead Island Arc hasn’t started yet, and fans can expect some transitional episodes dropping before One Piece actually enters the upcoming plotline. Episode 1086 is the first episode of this kind and is scheduled to be released next week. These episodes will highlight characters like Buggy, Mihawk, and Crocodile. These episodes will also trace through the activities of the Revolutionary Army, particularly the fate of Sabo after the murder of Cobra in the Reverie.
