Sanji, the Straw Hat Pirates’ cook, is an exceptionally skilled fighter who, like the rest of the crew, gains a great deal of power throughout the time skip and also learns Observation Haki. His goal in life is to locate the All Blue, thus, he embarks on a journey to the Grand Line alongside Luffy and the other members. Over the years, he became an important member of the Straw Hat Pirates and one of the wings of the future King of the Pirates.
Despite having the primary function of cooking, Sanji has developed into a very strong man over the years, perfecting his Black-leg Technique in the process. Sanji awakened the ability to use Haki during the time skip, and he went on to master the technique throughout time. He has one of the strongest Armament Haki in the One Piece world.
However, there has been some proof which states that Sanji might also have Observation Haki, and his Advanced Observation Haki might even be better than Luffy. There have been instances during the Wano arc and recently in the manga that support this theory.

What is Advanced Observation Haki?
Observation Haki is a type of Haki that gives the user a sixth sense, enabling them to see other people’s presence, power, and emotions and gain some degree of precognitive ability. When this form of Haki is used, the user acquires the ability to make use of an extrasensory perception and is bestowed with various useful talents.
These abilities are quite useful in the majority of situations, particularly during battle. Advanced Observation Haki enables the user to view a brief period in the future; rather than simply perceiving what will happen by instinct, the master of this advanced degree of Observation Haki is to physically perceive a precise mental image of the events that will happen in the next seconds.
Advanced Observation Haki is also called Future Vision. Out of all the characters in One Piece the only ones who are officially confirmed to use Advanced Observation Haki are Kaido, Katakuri, Shanks, and Luffy. However, Sanji has also shown some capability in using Advanced Observation Haki.
Sanji Might Have A Better Observation Haki Than Luffy
With Luffy and Zoro being the only two stronger than him, Sanji is ranked as the third strongest fighter among the Straw Hat Pirates. Sanji is a very proficient user of Haki. He trained in the use of both Armament and Observation Haki during his two years at Maiden Island. Sanji has shown his great capability for using Observation Haki numerous times in the past.
In Wano, there have been various instances where Sanji showed great Observation Haki skills. During the invasion of Onigashima, Sanji heard the voice of a woman who was going to be assaulted by someone and raced to her aid. This is especially astounding because Luffy and Jinbe, two outstanding Observation Haki users, were standing right next to him and were not able to hear anything.
The most recent one was in Chapter 1109 of One Piece when Sanji was able to sense the summoning of the five elders by Saturn before everyone on the planet. This proved that he might have Advanced Observation Haki and that might be even better than Luffy because, at the time, Luffy was in Gear 5 form.
