Well, it has finally come to this, as Call of Duty operator skins are becoming even more ludicrous than they already are. According to a recent leak, players will soon be able to acquire a whole new set of skins for some of their operators in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, and one skin is absolutely insane.
The new skin in question is a suit that allows players to essentially wear a giant pigeon mask with a beany hat. Besides the fact that this skin is completely ridiculous, there are many players who would love to get their hands on it and defeat their foes in “style.“
Players in Call of Duty Will Soon Be Able to Get Their Hands on a New Skin, and It Looks Hilarious and Goofy
Over the past few years, Call of Duty has taken a big leap away from the conceptual war simulator that it once was and has now begun leaning towards the unusual and silly to try and make some money rather than distributing good content.
Recently, Call of Duty has released skins of famous stars, pop culture icons, and even fictional characters. Now we are even getting skins that are simple animal masks with little to no effort, but with a very large price tag.
For some players, purchasing these skins provides them with the opportunity to express their own individuality, and this is why Call of Duty is progressing further into the obscure rather than the classic militarized skins, as gamers would rather look like a pigeon than a soldier.
This Pigeon Skin Isn’t the Only One to Come to the Game During This Mid-Season Update
Along with this pigeon skin, there have also been three other bundles that have been leaked, and these skins are a little less out there, but they still stand out from the traditional character skins that many gamers will be familiar with.
According to a recent Twitter/X user post, there will be four new bundles coming to the game after its Season 2 Reloaded update.
So far, we can only see the design of each of these skins, one of which is a ghilly suit made out of four leaf clovers, one is a cyberpunk-looking character, and another is a woman wearing a mask and even a blindfold.
Each of these skins will probably be made available relatively soon and will each have their own bundles associated with them. They will most likely cost the same price as a regular bundle, which could be between 1,000 and 3,500 CoD points, which is the in-game currency.
