All the recent talk in the gaming world has been about Bethesda’s upcoming behemoth Starfield, there’s also the matter of Cyberpunk 2077 and its DLC Phantom Liberty. Cyberpunk 2077 was, ahead of its release back in 2020, one of the most anticipated games of the modern era. After all, developer CD Projekt Red had more than proven their chops with their Witcher games, particularly The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. Players had seen several extended gameplay videos and with Hollywood stars like Keanu Reeves on board, it felt like nothing could go wrong.

However, go wrong it did. Everything came tumbling down at release, with there being a plethora of bugs and glitches across platforms, particularly on last gen consoles. There were several performance problems as well which actually led to Sony removing the game from the PlayStation Store for several months while CD Projekt Red tried to fix Cyberpunk 2077. But since then, they’ve worked hard and have rectified many of the issues plaguing the game, though that isn’t enough for some gamers.
