Neal McDonough as William Birkin stole the thunder of Resident Evil: Welcome To Raccoon City. William is a scientist who’s working with Umbrella on the mysterious T-Virus. Being a scientist, he is indeed a smart man but a bad one. The motivations behind his creations are always evil and selfish. He even injected himself with the virus and that later showed its consequences. Birkin became a huge and strange monster.

In the movie Resident Evil: Welcome To Raccoon City, Ben Bertolucci is the man with a vision. He was the only citizen of Raccoon, not associated with Umbrella. He still somehow knew that there was something that is rotten in the Raccoon City.

Kaya Scodelario as Claire Redfield had already established herself as an iconic character of the show. Welcome To Raccoon City’s major protagonist aka Claire seems to possess a high level of practical intelligence. And with these specific characteristics, Claire is ranked as one of the smartest characters of Raccoon City.

Albert Wesker is one of the Resident Evil: Welcome To Raccoon City’s most powerful villains. On other hand, our powerful villain seems slightly less intelligent. Tom Hopper has portrayed the character quite skillfully. In the video games and movie counterparts, he is very mechanically active but in Welcome, To Raccoon City he’s just living his life, and that too very ordinarily. However, the audience of the show seemed to keep their patience intact to see how his part of the story will be expanded.

Avan Jogia as Leon S. Kennedy has been all over the place as his rendition in “Resident Evil: Welcome To Raccoon City” seems inappropriate. During the duration of the movie, it looked like the film had gone a long way to make this fan-favorite character seem like a fool.

Chief Brian Irons has been one of the most seasoned among the ‘Resident Evil: Welcome To Raccoon City” cast. However, the story has just started to unfold. And, fans are hoping to see him more involved in the whole story.

In Resident Evil: Welcome To Raccoon City, Lisa Trevor is recognized as a naive character. And her lack of intelligence can’t be blamed on her as her mind has never been approved to expand. Her surroundings and the incidents she had to face earlier in her life made an impact. Therefore, she got no scope to enrich her mind.

Jill Valentine is perhaps the only one who was able to sense the incoming threat. Even though, her dialogue in the whole movie is not much but she still seems to carry a perceptive personality. Hannah John-Kamen played the character remarkably.
