We know that having PS Plus allows PlayStation users the option of adding free games every month. However, those with the PS Plus Extra and Premium subscriptions get a little more bang for their buck, and this is further evident in the confirmed games for November.

Looking at the titles available to those who have either the Extra or Premium subscriptions, thankfully they are not limited to PS5 owners. Those with PS Plus Extra have nine titles available to download or stash in their library for a later date with Premium subscribers having an additional five titles on top of those for Extra.

Extra subscribers have an amazing nine titles to choose from for PS Plus this month, the majority of which are classic PS4 games except for one highly recommended PS5 title. There are certainly a couple of standout games such as Dead Island: Riptide Definitive Edition and Mobile Suit Gundam: Extreme vs. Maxi Boost On and there are some lesser-known games that should not be overlooked as well.

One such game is 2012’s Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen from Capcom. The gameplay is that of an open-world RPG and players can choose from a selection of classes for their character. The success of this title prompted an online multiplayer of the game being released in 2015 and there have been Netflix animated adaptations released in recent years.

Dead Island: Riptide Definitive Edition is the follow-up to the 2011 hit zombie game Dead Island and follows the four survivors immediately after the events of the previous game. As can be expected there are swarms of zombies to battle against whilst modifying various weapons to fight your way through and search for a vaccine to the outbreak.

We have to highlight one game that is available for Extra subscribers, and it may be one that you haven’t come across yet. Teardown for PS5 is a puzzle sandbox game with completely destructible surroundings and a heist storyline that promises to deliver hours of endless fun to players.

The other titles completing the list are Alternate Jake Hunter: Daedalus the Awakening of Golden Jazz, Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising, Nobunaga’s Ambition: Taishi, River City Melee Mach!! and Superliminal. All of these titles are not without merit and there is certainly enough variety for players to choose between. Whilst all of them may not be to everyone’s liking, it is good to have such a wide spectrum of games for players to opt for.

Those with PS Plus Premium have an additional five titles to choose from and there may be one title that stands out straight away, PaRappa the Rapper 2. Over 20 years since it was first released, this PlayStation classic is a game that if you don’t take it too seriously, can be enjoyed to the fullest.

Premium also has the game version of the Hit Pixar Movie Up, which if you loved the movie, are sure to enjoy. Who wouldn’t want to experience Carl and Russell and the house floating on balloons for themselves? Grandia, Jet Moto and Klonoa Phantasy Reverie Series complete what is a great selection of games available for November.

Of these three, it may be the latter that catches the attention of players. The Bandai Namco title is a compilation of remasters for the original Klonoa games released in 1997 and 2001 respectively. Since release the titles have received positive reviews and in July of this year, it was the fourth highest selling title in some European countries for PS5.

It is clear that having a PS Plus subscription is beneficial for the free games you can access every month and with the selection available for Extra and Premium subscribers this month, it highlights how it may pay in the long run to spend a little more each month.
