Return to Rebirth Island: This Call of Duty Warzone Leak Has Given Fans a First Look at What the Highly Anticipated Returning Location Will Look Like

The Call of Duty Warzone community keeps going strong, thanks to the new Season 2 Reloaded content in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone. The game received new maps and even more things in different modes.

A new leak has made some fans really happy pointing towards the comeback of a classic map for Call of Duty: Warzone. The Rebirth Island will be back soon in the popular Battle Royale.

There is no confirmation of a specific date for this map coming back to Warzone, but it definitely will be this year.

In the latest mid-season content expansion, Season 2 Reloaded of Call of Duty even brought very anticipated updates to the Modern Warfare Zombies mode. A user on Reddit leaked one very dear map that fans wanted to see in the game again.

Reddit user TheRealPdGaming has shared a post on the Warzone subreddit with a very blurry image of Rebirth Island that apparently will be coming back to the game. This user found this image in the code of the game; it has no information about when it will be available again in Warzone.

Fans on Reddit are very excited about this map and have begun to reply about how they will come back to the title just for this map. 

Call of Duty is Trying to Make Things Better for Players

There is no information about how this map will be added to the playlist, but fans are still very happy about this news. Call of Duty social media could reveal more information in the next couple of weeks. In the meantime, fans are enjoying the mid-season addition of Season 2 Reloaded.

Warhammer 40K: Space Marines skins are available on the game, as are new maps like a remake of the famous Das Haus from the original Modern Warfare 3.

Activision is also working on a mobile version of Call of Duty: Warzone; this title will have cross-progression with your main account as well as cross-play with other platforms. There is no official date of release, but some countries can already play an early-access version of the game. The studio will announce a worldwide launch very soon.
