In an interview with Reader’s Digest, The Blind Side star opened up about how working on this project from behind the camera was her simple way to “educate herself” about writing and directing it.

With her experience, she learned that she did not have the talent to “lead” a project which meant writing and directing are something she would rather pass. As for acting and producing, she enjoys the process and would continue to hone her craft which she absolutely did becoming Hollywood’s sweetheart. However, not every project gives her immense happiness as she once revealed an embarrassing project that just can’t get out of her head.

While promoting her film, The Lost City onTooFab, she named the 1997 film as the title which embarrassed her despite a marvelous career.

“You stumped me with the fans coming around later on [part of the question] – I have one no one came around to, and I’m still embarrassed I was in. It’s called Speed 2. I’ve been very vocal about it. Makes no sense. Slow boat. Slowly going towards an island.”

Though, it can be forgotten given the amazing projects she has delivered in the industry. As for now, she is taking a hiatus to spend more time with her family. She is the mother of two adopted children, son Louis Bardo Bullock and daughter Laila Bullock whom she spend her time with during her acting break.
