Once you sign up, you will receive an email containing the redemption code for the skin along with all the further steps to collect in the game after it gets launched on October 25. You just need to put your basic details on the sign-up page, like your date of birth, email ID, country, and name, and that’s it. The skin is all yours. This free redeemable skin is inspired by the blue guy’s first 3D appearance, which was in Sonic Adventure.
The Jam legacy is not the only free skin fans are getting. Upon pre-ordering the physical edition of the game, you can get a Sonic Adventure Legacy skin and Gerald Robotnik’s journal detailing Shadow’s creation. Also, the Digital Deluxe Edition will add an additional level and skin to the Adventure Skin. There is another skin as well as a bonus one, the Terios skin.
Sonic X Shadow Generations: A Preview
Sonic x Shadow Generations is basically a platformer title that falls between side-scrolling and 3D gameplay. This game is going to be an enhanced remaster of the OG classic, Sonic Generations (2011), with a huge graphical upgrade.
The game will also follow a new story where our favorite Sonic will battle out the mysterious Black Doom, which forces Shadow to “journey into his past, confront his painful memories, and unlock new dark powers to save the world.”
Black Doom has returned to take revenge for his defeat in Shadow the Hedgehog (2005). The levels of the game have also been inspired by previous franchise titles like Sonic Adventure 2 (2001), Sonic Heroes (2003), and Sonic the Hedgehog (2006).
The game is all about running through extreme difficulties as fast as possible, defeating enemies of dark cyberspace elements along the way. The primary cyberspace levels are split and shattered all over to give a multiversal experience of the shadow universe.
