The American actor shared his experience working with the Fantastic Four star on the 2000 show Dark Angel. Ackles said that the L.A.’s Finest star was there for him when he went through a rough time. “My grandfather died while I was shooting it and she literally just walked into my trailer and held me for a half an hour,” he shared.
