“When Steven told me Matt wanted to play Scott, I thought, ‘Wow, that’s brave’. Matt’s in a group of really impressive – Brad [Pitt], George [Clooney], Matt, and Ben [Affleck] – willing to take chances. It surprised me – in a good way.”

For one scene, I had to come out of the pool, go over to Michael Douglas, straddle him on a chaise lounge and start kissing him. It’s not like I kiss him just once. We drew it up like a football plan.”
