Now, spoilers aren’t as uncommon as some might think. But the recent leak of several unreleased anime along with their episodes, openings, and endings has further raised questions concerning the security breach. Several fans took to Twitter and Reddit to express their disappointment and anger regarding the issue.

Terminator Zero, Dandadan and many more were affected by Netflix’s security breach

What makes this anime leak massive is that there were several other animes apart from Terminator Zero such as Mononoke the Movie: Phantom in the Rain and Ranma 1/2 that have been leaked prior to their release.

However, what makes this incident shocking is that it doesn’t involve just a single anime but at least 4 of them. While spoilers have become common, this incident was truly a massive and unanticipated move that made fans question Netflix’s security breach like this Twitter user.

Besides, there have been several occasions where leaks and piracy have become a killjoy for the anticipation of most awaited releases. Jujutsu Kaisen was one such case where the animator took to Twitter and unleashed his rage on the leakers.

Needless to say, the manga creator and animator’s rage and anger coupled with disappointment is perfectly valid considering the time and hard work they put in to craft a manga as well as anime. Besides, piracy and leaks often throw the creator’s efforts under the bus and undermine their obstacles and painstaking efforts.

Netflix’s breach of trust is intensified with Dandadan and other anime leaks

The Grinch stole Christmas with this one, along with party poopers who proved to be a killjoy for fans, readers, and viewers. While this incident highlighted a security breach on Netflix’s part, it also meant a breach of trust that mangakas and animators placed in the company.

Besides, this wasn’t the first time anime leaks occurred, considering how Dragon Ball Daima experienced the ruthlessness of piracy. However, the massive leak coupled with Netflix’s breach of security and trust had users expressing their disappointment towards the streaming giant on Reddit.

To say the least, this anime leak was massive and was so shocking that it put several fans in disbelief. In addition to that, this incident raises questions about the credibility of Netflix as one of the biggest streaming platforms.

In any case, this incident is being considered by many as the worst, involving 4 anime projects and raising concerns and questions over copyright breach, piracy and trust. Furthermore, the breach of security has also affected Crunchyroll where an episode of Season 3 of Re: Zero surfaced online.

All in all, Netflix’s failure to look into this matter legally and effectively will prove to be fatal to its reputation as a global streaming platform. It would also affect its long-term projects and investments with potential anime franchises.
