Sony has unveiled a new offer to get more players to its PlayStation 5. Although there hasn’t been any price drop in the console, a new promotion has been revealed that is bound to get PlayStation 5 out the door. Sony is giving away AAA games for free for new PlayStation 5 owners.
This offer started on September 23 and includes various first-party exclusive titles that are up for grabs for anyone buying a PS5. The deal is part of a new upgrade program for PS users and is valid till October 20.

PlayStation seems to be using this offer to get more players on the platforms just in time for the launch of its highly-awaited game Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, which launches on the same day the offer ends. In the latest promotion offer, there are several fan-favorite AAA titles that players can get for free if they buy a PlayStation 5. The games include:
- Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales
- Marvel’s Spider-Man: Remastered
- God of War Ragnarök
- Horizon Forbidden West
- Ghost of Tsushima Director’s Cut
- Ratchet & Clank: Rift Apart
- Demon’s Souls
- The Last of Us Part I
- Sackboy: A Big Adventure
- Returnal
- Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection
- Death Stranding: Director’s Cut
The games on the list have been out for a while but are amongst the best games on PlayStation. If players are excited to play Marvel’s Spider-Man 2, they can select Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales and Marvel’s Spider-Man: Remastered to warm up till the game arrives. If players are interested in the Soulsborne genre they can go with the remake of Demon’s Souls.
For players looking to have some sci-fi action, they can choose Returnal and enjoy some roguelike shooter experience, or they can also choose the critically acclaimed God of War Ragnarök. The list features amazing games that nobody would like to miss, especially if they are free.
The offer is limited to the above-mentioned games only and it cannot be clubbed with any other select offers. The offer is also non-transferable and if players get a PS5, they must claim the game no later than October 20. It is also important to note that one user will only a single game.

How to Claim The Free Game On PS5
To claim the game on PlayStation, players will not have to purchase a new PS5 and activate the console. After the PS5 console is activated, players must head to the PlayStation Store on the console.
They will then see a banner with the free game offer. Click on the banner offer and go to the Games Page which will have all these eligible games from the offer to choose from. Select one game from the list and download it.
